ABOUT DAVID
I am a classical and electric violinist who has been playing in the boston area for the last ten years. I am originally from Massachusetts. Music became a part of my life after going to see a classical concert when I was younger. Unlike many classical musicians, who typically come from families with a classical background, nobody in my immediate family played a stringed instrument. Violin started as a hobby that after years of practice, study, and exposure eventually grew into a passion.

Some of my previous engagements have included The Seaport Hotel in Boston, Jordan Hall at New England Conservatory, The VETS Performing Arts Center in Providence, RI, The Riverside Church of NYC, and Carnegie Hall. While classical performance is often the default of any stringed musician, I believe it is a rewarding experience when it is shared with others. My music focuses both on classical and non-classical songs that people on the street would recognize. I have an electric violin which is amplified with an external speaker and I stream the instrumentals from a Bose speaker. Ultimately, I’m grounded on the belief that music should send a simple message to inspire and connect.

I have a wide variety of repertoire for events ranging from cocktails hours, weddings, galas, corporate events, and in between– Please contact me if you are interested in having me play. I would enjoy having the opportunity to be part of your event.
